Vintage 78 RPM Record Lot of Seven–United, Dresco, Cameo–With Book-Variety For Sale

This listing features a selection of vintage 78 RPM records from my grandfather’s collection, stored in his original record book (pictured). These records span country, gospel, and holiday genres, and include artists like Deresco with “Kaw-Liga” and “Your Cheating Heart,” Delbert Barker on the Cameo label with “Walkin’ Down the Railroad Track,” and Les Paul and Mary Ford’s “No Letter Today” on Capitol. Also included are several gospel titles from United Records: “A Dream of Christmas,” “The Hymns of the Old Church Choir,” and “Take the Name of Jesus With You.” One especially old piece is a Standard Disc Record from the Talking Machine Co. of Chicago, featuring “Hymn Song No. 23104”—note that this disc has a visibly damaged spindle hole (see photo). All records are untested but have been visually inspected and show typical signs of age, including surface wear and label fading. Only one side is listed for each record. These are sold as-is for collectors, restoration, or display.
