Vintage 1960s custom hippie skirt. DRY ROT THROUGHOUT- can be used as either display or as a reference piece. Made out of Seafarer sailor flares from the same era (maybe older), with added custom leather patches throughout, as well as a paisley fabric with lace surrounding it stitched in-between the seafarers. Waist looks to have been adjusted. Measurements:
