I am not an expert on book grading, I will describe this book to the best of my abilities and I\'ve uploaded 20 + high resolution photos for you to confirm details and decide for yourself.
The front and back cover are in acceptable condition, the final photo shows a crease in the back cover. There is some denting from drops as well as what I would call light scuffing and scratching. The surface appears to be free of residue although there is some discoloration. The plastic/cellophane coding applied to the cover is beginning to loosen at the corners of the spine.
Inside covers are clean and crease free. The binding has begun to separate and there are tears as pictured.
The title page featuring printers information and copyright date also has a handwritten inscription \"to Anita from Steve & Kathy Xmas 1961.\"
The lithograph pages are otherwise largely unblemished there is a persistent spot on the bottom edge approximately quarter inch in the continues across several pages, see photo.
There is some fading and discoloration throughout due to just exposure and time.
It does have the nostalgic vaguely musty old book/library scent about it.
