Vintage 1950s-1948 Briggs & Stratton Model N Gas Engine Sears (Model 500.301119) For Sale

This is a classic cast-iron Briggs & Stratton 4-cycle gasoline engine manufactured for Sears, Roebuck and Co. (Sears Model 500.301119, Serial No. 909376). Based on the serial number range and design features, this engine dates to the early 1950s late 40\'s, I believe 1948 based on internet search but not 100% percent confirmed.

This is a well-preserved unit featuring the iconic \"4 Cycle Briggs & Stratton\" diamond badge on the shroud, original top-mounted oil bath air cleaner, brass needle valve carburetor setup, and the factory brass/red Sears specification tag mounted on the side.

• Note:I believe that the small original fuel tank and mounting bracket appear to be missing.
