This listing if for a 1934 copy of CARPENTER’S WORLD TRAVELS, Lands of the Andes and the Desert,by Frank G. Carpenter. This book was originally published in 1924.
The outer cover is worn and the spine is a little loose. The pages are somewhat discolored, but still veryclear and readable. Please look closelyat the photos I have provided and if you have any questions or need additionalphotos, please ask.
Frank George Carpenter (1855 –1924) was an author,photographer, lecturer, and collector of photographs. He was a writer ofstandard geography textbooks and lecturer on geography, and wrote a series ofbooks called Carpenter's World Travels which were very popular between 1915 and1930.
