Vintage Stelton Cheese / Bar Knife – Peter Holmblad – Denmark
Classic Danish Modern Stelton cheese and bar knife, designed byPeter Holmblad in 1975. An elegant example of Scandinavianminimalist design combining a long stainless steel cylindrical handle with adistinctive hooked blade.
The knife was designed as a dual-purpose serving piece. The serrated edge canbe used for cutting cheese and other foods, while the distinctive forked/hookedtip makes it useful as a bar and serving utensil.

Excellent vintage condition. The stainless steel remains exceptionally cleanand bright with only very minor surface/handling marks visible upon closeinspection. The knife appears to have seen little to no use.
The original molded insert is present. The original red Stelton box showsstorage and age wear including light edge, corner and surface wear, as shownin the photographs.
