VTG Sandicast Rottweiler Dog Sculpture Chain Collar Signed Sandra Brue USA 1986 For Sale

Beautiful vintage Sandicast Rottweiler dog sculpture, hand-cast and hand-painted in the USA. This piece is signed by artist Sandra Brue on the underside and retains the original Sandicast label dated ©1986.

The sculpture depicts a relaxed Rottweiler lying down with expressive facial detail. Sculpted fur texture is excellent throughout. The piece is displayed with a metal chain collar, adding character and realism. The collar is present as shown in photos; its origin is unknown.

This is a solid, weighty collectible with felt pads on the base to protect surfaces. A great addition for Sandicast collectors, Rottweiler owners, dog lovers, or breed-specific decor.

Condition Details: This sculpture is in great vintage condition for approximately 40 years of age. There is some minor paint wear and small speckling visible in areas, most noticeable on the darker fur, which is common with older hand-painted Sandicast pieces and typical of age and display. It could always be touched up with some matte black paint. The wear does not detract from the overall appearance and is only noticeable upon close inspection. There are no cracks, chips, or repairs.
