Condition: Open box / New Old Stock (NOS). The outer plastic clamshell package is opened/unsealed and shows yellowing and storage wear. The instruction sheet is missing. All core hardware components appear complete including the regulator dial body, brass step barb fittings, wire hose clamps, and fuel line hose segments.
