Beautiful vintage Götz 22” walking and singing/talking doll, made in Germany and marked “99 Götz-Puppe” on the back of the neck.
This wonderful large Götz doll is in excellent, unused condition and has never been played with. She comes with her original box and an exceptional wardrobe of 3 outfits total. Original box and booklet.
She is currently dressed in her pretty pink and white outfit with white socks and black Mary Jane shoes. Also included are 2 additional Götz outfits that are brand new with their original tags and remain in their original packaging. NOTE: I took the blue velvet dress out of the packaging for the pictures. You will receive it in the original packaging.
The doll has an unusual battery-operated mechanical system. She takes 4 C batteries total — 3 in the rear compartment and 1 in the front compartment.
Tested and working: her walking mechanism operates properly.
She also has the fascinating built-in miniature phonograph/record mechanism. One small grooved record/disc is included. The record spins when operated, but no music or voice is currently heard from the record. The mechanism itself is operating and the disc turns as it should.
A wonderful vintage mechanical Götz doll to display or add to a collection.
Excellent new in box condition.
NOTE: The box has a few dings and stains. Otherwise very sturdy and whole. Please refer to the pictures.
