All ECUs and electronic components we sell here are removed from vehicles without programming or resetting. Please ensure you can install, reset, program, or code them into your vehicle if needed. Radios/Stereos or Head Units come without code.

Please note that Airbags and Airbags modules aren\'t returnable, due to the safety reason. Please ensure fitment prior to purchase.

The tyre\'s condition and tread depth cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the tyres come free when you purchase wheels and aren\'t eligible for returns under a faulty item policy.

Engines & Transmission

Engines are sold without ancillary components and transmission unless otherwise stated.

All Engines, Gearboxes, and transmissions are warrantied for 3 months from the purchase date (View our Terms and Conditions). This warranty does not cover installation labour or any additional expenses resulting from a defective product.

All Engines will be supplied free of fluids. Any attempt to start an engine without the correct fluids will invalidate the warranty.

All Engines must be fitted by a qualified technician and correctly serviced with new cams and auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters, and spark plugs. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Engines are sold bare and do not include a starter, alternator, gearbox, turbo, injectors, etc. Any ancillary parts supplied have not been tested and are free of charge. The N Colours Limited warranty does not cover these parts.

Engines: This warranty is limited to defects of the engine block, heads, valves, rockers, lifters, pistons, crank and cam shafts and other internal lubricated parts. All external parts left on engines are not covered under this warranty, such as sensors, Petrol or diesel injectors, throttle body, timing belts, gaskets, seals, exhaust or intake manifolds, water pump, coil packs, or any part not internally lubricated. Engine installations follow the procedures below. Replace the following parts if applicable: timing belt, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, fluids, oil pan gasket, oil and oil filter. Warranty is contingent upon oil and filter change (per manufacturer’s specifications as the type) at installation and every 6,000 miles thereafter. The customer must provide proof of service or the warranty is voided. Overheating and/or improper installation voids all warranties. Engine warranty is contingent upon the installation of new intake manifold gaskets.

Transmissions: Replace the following with new parts: front pump and output shaft seals, pan gaskets and filter. Flush or replace the transmission cooler and lines. Adjust the shifter and kick down cables and linkage if applicable. Clear all computer fault codes. Manual transmissions follow the same procedure as above, if applicable. All the above installations should follow manufacturer guidelines, including proper quantity and fill levels of fluids and any technical service bulletins and updates. Warranty covers slippage, shifting failures and/or bearing noise. Shearing or breaking of teeth in a standard transmission is not warranted under any circumstances. On automatic transmissions with overdrive, the warranty is void if a certified technician does not adjust the transmission before driving. Improper installation voids all warranties. The customer must provide proof of service, or the warranty is voided.

Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or modifications.
