For sale is a VAT Series 91 Vacuum Isolation Valve (DN 16). It is a specialized component originally manufactured for high-end semiconductor applications involving Fluorine. Can be used with other gasses as well.
It is untested, I do not know if it has ever been used. It came in its original packaging but it was not sealed. I have no way of testing it therefore I am selling it AS IS. For parts.
