A: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Our carriers pick up packages at our shop daily around 9am-10am EST. We work hard to get most orders that are placed the night before processed by the next morning. You can find tracking information in your email.Q: Can I purchase this item in a custom color or raw?
A: We are sorry, at this time we do not offer custom colors or a raw finish unless it is specifically listed as an option on that item.Q: I ordered a CAT Adapter and my fuel system wont prime. What do I do?
A: Our adapters are designed for maximum flow to prevent fuel starvation. This means the drain back valve (AKA ball & spring) must be removed from the OEM filter housing.Q: Do your products have a warranty?
