Ty Attic Treasures Bears 1993 Lot – 14 Tagged Bears – Early Tags – Smoke Free.
Complete set of fourteen Ty Attic Treasures bears from 1993, all from my personal collection. This lot includes 11 early brown‑tag bears and 3 red‑tag bears, representing the full range of 1993 Attic Treasures production — early plush, transitional PVC, and early holiday releases.
Brown swing tag bears (no pellets): Chelsea, Casanova, Mason, Fraser, Nicholas, Bluebeary, Oscar, Abby, Christopher
These bears feature the original brown Attic Treasures swing tags with the early “to / from / with love” interior style and the correct no‑pellet plush construction used in early 1993. Mason and Oscar both have the early 1993 brown swing tags that include the original designer credits, confirming first‑run production.
Brown swing tag bears (PVC pellets): Checkers (style 6031), Peppermint
These are authentic late‑1993 transitional bears, produced when Ty began introducing PVC pellets into the Attic Treasures line. Checkers’ tag shows interior wear consistent with price tag removal on left side (in photo).
Red swing tag bears: Cody (PVC pellets), Jangle (no pellets), Laurel (no pellets)
These are early red‑tag 1993 seasonal/holiday bears, released alongside Peppermint and Nicholas.
Condition: All bears are clean, well‑preserved, and complete with their original outfits. Fabric, stitching, and clothing are in excellent condition. Tags are intact, with normal light aging on a few early brown tags.
From a smoke‑free home and kept in climate‑controlled, low‑light storage for the bulk of their time.
This is an unusually complete and authentic 1993 Attic Treasures bear collection — rarely found as a full group with correct tags, outfits, and pellet types.
