Twinings Queen Elizabeth II 90th Birthday Limited Edition Tea Tin
2016 commemorative collector's tin | EIIR lid | Empty | Used
A limited edition collector's tin released by Twinings of London in 2016 to celebrate the 90th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The royal blue and gold design includes symbols tied to the Queen's life, such as her hats and her love of horse racing, along with a royal carriage, a stag, teacups and the Queen's cameo portrait inside the large "90". The lid is embossed in gold with her royal cypher EIIR, and the inside of the lid is stamped "Master Blender". This special edition is no longer made, which makes it a nice piece for royal memorabilia and tea tin collectors.
Condition
Used and empty, tin only with no tea. The lid fits and closes well, and the gold-tone interior is clean. The outside shows light scuffs and small marks on the lid, and the remains of the original clear seal sticker where the lid meets the tin. Please see all photos, as they are part of the description.
