This sale offers my Truman Coach Rambler boots on Truman\'s casual last (79) in size 11D. They have been part of a very large boot collection that I am downsizing. They are in excellent condition and worn only lightly.
Coach Rambler is the most interesting and attractive leather that Truman offers. It is a visually rich orange-brown (\"Coach\") with vibrant golden highlights, lighter areas, and darker tonal veining. It has a tight-grain, shrunken-fiber texture that easily masks and blends scuffs and nicks.
The patina evolves dramatically over time, shifting toward deeper orange and brown tones as oils and waxes settle. It is a rugged, shrunken-fiber suede leather from the renowned C.F. Stead Tannery in Leeds, UK. It features the natural texture of the flesh side of the hide finished with a wax blend, giving it high variability, rich depth of color, and a unique rustic aesthetic.
