New Item Return Policy.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after receipt of item and we pay return shipping fees. If returned in same new condition with box and all accessories in same condition it was received in, a 100% refund will be processed when item is returned. If returned with ANY wear or damage, a 30% fee will be applied and deducted from refund. When new items are returned used, we are not a major store and we lose far more than 30%, so it\'s a compromise.
