Hard for me to describe this. There are no scratches but it is not mint. There are some wispy light marks I don't think would affect play but I cannot test records. I'm calling it near mint and I will say side one is almost perfect. Side two has those wispy handling indications. There is a Demonstration sticker on one label. Wow, that was a surprise. The jacket is superb with just a little age toning on the back. This is really a spectacular record. They played on the bill with the Beatles at their last show. I've heard it said "It just ain't the same without the Remains." I second that. Free shipping within the US.
