Early 20th century illustrated children’s book featuring color wash full-page plates and whimsical ink-blot themed artwork. A striking and graphic pre-WWI juvenile title.
Softcover. Approx. 42 pages.
Condition:This copy shows significant age and handling wear. The spine covering is heavily worn and split with visible separation and fraying. Covers show toning, edge wear, and surface wear consistent with age.
One interior page has a noticeable piece missing from the top margin (see photos). The text on that page appears unaffected, but the loss is present and clearly visible. Additional light toning and typical age wear throughout.
Binding remains together but fragile due to spine wear. No dust jacket, as issued.
This is not a collector-grade copy, but a solid example for readers, illustrators, or display.
