• All tapes are bulk erased, if Priority Mail is selected. To comply with the low cost Media Mail rate requirements, tapes will be sold as pre-recorded with the content on them.
• All tapes are free of mold, dirt, and water damage and in good condition.
• Reels are placed in a plastic bag and sealed with a label once it has passed our quality control check.
• The package is renewed – the box is either shrink-wrapped, the RR label is affixed to the box, or an insert is placed in the box.
• 30 day no fuss replacement guarantee – if you find a problem with the tapes or are not satisfied for any reason, we’ll send you a replacement tape.
