Up for sale is a fully working and completeTA Instruments 2950 Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) System featuring the coveted High-Resolution TGA capability. This hardware system is turnkey and fully verified: the furnace vertical movement, sample platform automation, and balance beam are working well. This system is from my own personal lab and I have used it for many years with no problems. This is NOT some flip job from a surplus sale. This is MY instrument and I can guarantee that it works and comes with everything you need to collect data except the software/license dongle. - Consumables & Parts: Multiple storage cases containing an assortment of genuine TGA sample pans, spares, hangdown wires, and specialized laboratory tweezers. Everything you need to calibrate and then collect data
The TGA vertical null-balance beam and autosampler are incredibly delicate. To guarantee safe transit, the internal balance mechanism has been mechanically locked and secured with form-fitting soft foam corners, the hangdown wires have been removed/safeguarded, and the furnace is locked in the UP position prior to packing. You must carefully prepare the machine to work by installing hangdown wires.
I have it fully packed and ready to ship UPS ground in a well padded box, foam all around and double boxed so it makes it to you safely. You pay actual shipping for this box.
