Summary: Regulator seems to adjust just fine, but gauge is not accurate as engine gets hot. At lease in the one I have.I will probably reset the pressure when engine is cold and remove gauge and install the plug. In my case I probably didn't need it as my manual fuel pump doesn't have but a little over 6 Lbs. of pressure but with a new Edelbrock carb I feel it was good to be sure what pressure I have.

Summary: After I connected a pressure gauge to my fuel line I realized the mechanical fuel pump was putting out 15 psi, Holley recommends 4 psi. After installing the fuel pressure regulator and adjusting it to 3.5 psi, the engine starts up with one crank, power and performance are what they should be and, it passed state emissions no problem
