Other versions exist, but this particular one, certified by the Museum Collections and The Curtis Publishing Company, is the most breathtaking. Hand-painted and sculpted with bisque porcelain. Limited edition with only 2,500 existing in the world, this piece carries the number 709. It is part of our American Art History and it should be preserved like the treasure that it is. Its realism and attention to detail provide us with a look into a moment in time that perhaps only existed in Rockwell’s mind, but that it speaks of our grandparents and great-grandparents and the days they inhabited.
