This item has done nothing but sit in a drawer, its overall condition compared to those Ive encounter in research is far more desirable. The bell is absolutely charming and the metal exterior is practically perfect. Unfortunately the interior has began to rust. I think with the proper attention this item could be restored to original state with little effort. Someone please save this item from the life of a dresser drawer. The price is marked based on overall condition of item and original mounting bracket. Willing to accept reasonable offers.
