ScaleTrains N Scale Operator Norfolk Southern GE C44-9W #9670 SXT10874 with DCCI reset the decoder to factory settings, then set the 4 digit address to the road number #9670. Overall great condition with little signs of use. This locomotive runs well. The jewel case does have shelf wear. This version by ScaleTrains is the less detailed version (Operator), but does come with a little parts bag. See video, and photos for complete details.
