Ship\'s ladder is fully assembled before shipping and design details will be per manufacturer\'s specs. Drawings and 3-D can be provided. Treads are premium Red Oak. Stringers are painted poplar. 3. Installation at site will be by others. Treads and stringers are 1-1/32\" thick with eased edges. Railing parts will be by others. 4. Shipping to curbside at jobsite is included per description. Shipping/Payment Info
The winning buyer pays shipping on the item(s) from zip code 85650. I will pack your items to give you the most efficient and lowest shipping rate possible. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders can be picked up locally at our shop in Sierra Vista, AZ
We will ship on a heavy freight carrier (LTL). Heavy freight carriers will bring the pallet to the back of the truck and off-load it at the curbside.
A valid phone number will be required so the trucking company can contact you to schedule delivery. The item may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event that damaged is observed, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the Freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.
We take back returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your product. Returns must be in original condition.
