Interstate shipping: Some states have restrictions on importing exotic insects. It is on you to know your local and state laws regarding the exotic insects you are purchasing. If I catch that I\'m shipping something to a state that I\'m not supposed to I will cancel the order, refund you, and let you know why I canceled. Repeated violations will result in being banned from using my store. Sorry for being strict but I could be held liable if I violate any laws regarding interstate shipping.
DOA policy: In the event that your insects arrive deceased, you must send me a picture that clearly shows ALL of the dead insects within a timely manner. If you can\'t show me the dead bodies I will not refund you, if you let them sit outside for 2+ hour I will not refund you. If you send me a picture where I can clearly see every dead insect within a reasonable timeframe I will gladly offer you either a full refund, a free replacement, or le you make an order for another one of my items for a reasonable discount and I will include a replacement. Please note, it is rare that insects arrive DOA, but it does happen from time to time.
