Roman Republic Mark Antony Legionary Silver Denarius – Galley / Eagle & Standards – c. 32–31 BC
Ancient Roman silver denarius attributed to Mark Antony’s legionary coinage, issued during the late Roman Republic / Imperatorial period, shortly before the Battle of Actium.
The obverse shows a war galley, with partial legend visible. The reverse shows a legionary eagle between two military standards, a classic Mark Antony legionary denarius design. The exact legion number is not fully attributed due to wear.
