eight of the lugs are cracked. there are extra holes drilled were there was a mount added. good for parts restoration. shell is perfectly in round and bearing edges are good if you don\'t mind the extra holes this just needs a little bit of TLC in a few parts and you can make it into a player\'s bass drum. will be packed well and shipped promptly. thanks for looking
