Each fixed pair contains the two named cutters, one of each; a single contains only the one named cutter. Every included cutter has the selected nominal size. Size means the maximum width or length of the inside cutting outline, whichever is larger; the outside grip is larger. These are outline cutters with an open center. They do not stamp internal or icing details.
How sizing works
The selected size is the longest inside cutting dimension: width or length, whichever is larger. It is not the outside grip measurement. A narrow shape has less cutting area than a broader shape at the same headline size.

Hand wash with mild soap and cool-to-lukewarm water before and after use. Rinse and dry completely. No dishwasher, microwave, oven, boiling water or prolonged soaking. Keep away from heat. Use briefly to shape dough, not for liquid storage. Stop using if damaged.
