** This set of Reformed Confessions belonged to a lifelong pastor. This pastor had already given away much of his library to students and pastors. Upon his death he wanted to sell portions of his library to continue funding local church ministry in Tennessee. A significant portion of this sale will go directly to theological education and local church ministry. Thank you for your support. **
** This pastor did smoke a pipe. The tobacco smell is very mild and not overwhelming, but please consider this if you are sensitive to smells in your books. I am not offended when I smell these books. When I smell these books I am reminded of hugging my late grandfather who smoked a pipe. Comforting and welcoming. **
*The bindings and spines are perfect. The page blocks are excellent. The hardcover boards are clean and sturdy.
*No writing at all. No marks in the text at all.
No foxing. These were kept in a climate controlled fully air conditioned library in this pastor’s home.
