Works great, and is very rare to find with the box. Also comes with the certificate of authenticity card, and the controller itself.
The controller is an overall nice condition, but not perfect, all of these seem to always have some minor imperfections on the thumbstick or with the paint finish, but overall this one looks pretty good.
