Up for sale is a highly rare and coveted piece of Wilson history: a vintage December 2000 Wilson \"The A2000\" ED-12 baseball glove featuring a Black and Tan colorway with original SuperSkin. This glove features the \"ACN\" date code stamp, proving it was handcrafted at Wilson\'s elite production facility in Japan right at the turn of the millennium. It represents the pinnacle era of Wilson\'s Japanese manufacturing, combining rugged Pro Stock steerhide leather with their newly introduced SuperSkin microfiber backing to drastically reduce the weight of a massive outfield shell.
Condition -The glove is in good used condition for a 25+ year-old piece of elite Japanese leather. One of the laces in the pocket does appear to have been replaced as it is a different color than the rest. It shows normal signs of game play, pocket wear, and minor scuffs consistent with its age, but it maintains great structural integrity. The SuperSkin is intact, and the iconic Dual Welting has kept the glove from getting completely floppy.
