Carburetter was totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages were blown clear with high pressure air. Air valve and bore were polished and mounts trued. New metering needle seal installed to prevent oil leakage from damper tube. Standard 45C metering needle installed. New throttle shaft seals installed. New fuel inlet needle valve installed, and float level adjusted. Gaskets, diaphragm and o-rings replaced. Auto choke was totally disassembled, cleaned, kick piston honed, mount surfaced then tuned and vacuum tested. Includes new manifold mounting gasket. Final tuning to be performed by buyer
