1990 TMNT action figure by Playmates. Ralph, The Spade Cadet with “wacky weapons”. Figure is still sealed but there is damage to packaging. Plastic has a bit of scuffing, a crack on bottom of plastic and is also slightly coming up on bottom right side. There is also some damage to corners of packaging. Would be best for someone wanting to open or that likes collecting but not for pristine in box collectors. Please see all photos for details and exact condition. Thank you for looking.
