Rachel Beebe's paintings are evocative of a mood, inviting reflection. She has captured, in watercolor, a cabin "away from it all", giving us a moment to fantasize, before we return to our own reality. This work measures approximately 10 inches x 12 inches, Including frame and mat. Ms. Beebe began to paint in the 1940s and was a member of the Peconic Bay Impressionists for much of her life. She was born in 1897 and died just short of her 100th birthday in 1996.
