The RW92B 2025 Federal Duck Stamp \"E-Stamp\" Version is a $25 denomination stamp only available to hunters in certain states who ordered by mail. You needed to order by mail prior to the expiration of the stamp. There was a $4 service fee per stamp. Not many collectors had an opportunity to purchase one of these stamps. I was able to purchase a small quantity and am offering them here.Please note that unlike the RW92A, there is no bar code on the back of the stamp. There is also a prominent \"E stamp\" on the front. By any definition, this is a face different and back different stamp meaning that these will eventually be a space in your album for it.
