sale is for a Rare Mitchell 400 S spinning reel and original box with the sleeve. Reel works just like a new one. Sleeve & box are in great condition. Foot ser. # Q,4.11. This reel was never mounted on a rod, it came from a collectors display case that was up for over 20 years, and it has a couple rubs and very minor paint loss on the bottom from being removed out & put back in the case over and over.. A great collectable reel to add to a reel collection
