Up for sale is an incredibly rare, vintage 1978 Betamax release of The Beatles Live at Shea Stadium, published by Media Home Entertainment (formerly Meda).
Purchased originally in the late 1970s and carefully preserved in a smoke-free home, this is a holy grail artifact for both Beatles completists and dead-format video collectors. These early, pre-major studio releases of the iconic 1965 Shea Stadium concert are highly sought after because they represent the earliest days of home video history.Condition Details:
Tape Cassette: Excellent condition. The shell is clean, the labels are crisp, unpeeled, and completely intact with no bubbling. The tape itself looks brilliant with no signs of mold, binding, or degradation.
Sleeve/Box: Excellent vintage condition. Showing only minor, standard shelf wear along the edges consistent with its age (nearly 50 years old!). The colors remain incredibly sharp, vibrant, and unfaded.
