I marked this listing as \"like new\" because the collector\'s edition box with all the bonus stuff in it has been opened, but both games are still sealed and brand new (see photos). The blue sharpie is NOT included, it was just used to block the code. Psychonauts 1 for Xbox One was only ever available in this collector\'s edition as far as I\'m aware.
