Probable Skookum Native American Doll, Eyes Look Right Plastic Face Wood Body 7\" For Sale

Up for sale is a vintage doll of a Native American woman. I am not an expert but - based on my research - I think this is probably a Skookum doll from the 1940s or so. It has all of the following characteristics:
-The doll has a plastic face and a wood body.-The eyes face to the right.-There are no independent arms.
This doll measures 7 inches in height. Her hair is braided into pigtails (which are sewn to her garment in front). She is wearing a red and white checked shirt over which is draped a tri color (red - black - white/beige) blanket. There is a brown belt, below which is a red cloth skirt which is decorated with what looks like a wool fringe at the bottom. The feet are covered with stitched fabric. This doll has no jewelry, probably as issued.Please see above for full description of condition and for photos.
