Unused old-stock ProPlumber brass pressure-tank tee, designed for well pressure-tank installations.
The original manufacturer’s/retail label is still attached and identifies it as:

This is a substantial cast-brass tank tee with the multiple threaded connections needed for a typical well pressure-tank installation, including connections for the tank and water lines plus accessory ports for components such as a pressure switch, pressure gauge, relief valve and/or drain, depending on the installation.
This fitting appears unused. The original label remains attached, the threads are clean and show no evidence of installation, and there are no obvious wrench marks or pipe-joint compound. There is some normal cosmetic/storage wear and damage to the paper label from years of storage. Please see photographs for exact condition.
The original PPTC13 has been superseded by newer versions. Comparable current 13” × 1-1/4” solid-brass pressure-tank tees sell for approximately $75 new, with pricing varying by manufacturer and supplier.
