\"Is this a CB?\"No, it is a 10 meter radio. The Citizens Band is limited to 4 watts and operates on the 11 meter band per FCC regulations. Truckers and other long-range radio users buy a 10 meter radio and convert it to 11 meters. 10 meter radios are designed and built with this in mind, but are not sold converted because FCC prohibits that. If you see \"10 meter radio\" on a listing, it is not a CB.

And the title would also need to say 11 meter not 10 meter.
