HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE

Please send us the following information through Messages:

1. 2D or 3D drawing, such as PDF, STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG or STL
2. Required material and material grade
3. Order quantity
4. Required tolerances and critical dimensions
5. Surface treatment, if required
6. Destination country and postal code

ORDERING PROCESS

1. Send us your drawing and requirements.
2. Our factory will review the design and provide an accurate price and production time.
3. After you approve the quotation, we will create a dedicated listing for your custom part.
4. You can complete payment securely through .
5. Production will begin after the final drawing and specifications are confirmed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Air Shipping: Estimated delivery is approximately 5 days after dispatch for most destinations.
• Sea Shipping: A cost-effective option for heavy parts and batch orders. Delivery time depends on the destination.

Production time is quoted separately and is not included in the shipping time. Customs clearance or remote-area delivery may require additional time.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEM & RETURN POLICY

This product is manufactured specifically according to the buyer’s confirmed drawings and requirements. Before production begins, please carefully confirm all dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface finishes, quantities and compatibility requirements.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the buyer, or compatibility issues that were not confirmed before production.

If the item arrives damaged or materially differs from the final confirmed drawings or specifications, please contact us through Messages and provide clear photos and measurements. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, remanufacture, replacement or refund, where applicable.

Minor variations in color, surface texture or anodized finish caused by materials and manufacturing processes are not considered defects unless specific appearance requirements were confirmed in writing before production.

By approving the final drawings and completing payment, the buyer confirms acceptance of the agreed specifications and this custom-order policy. This policy does not affect any rights provided by applicable law or buyer protection.
