Build your own ruggedand heavy duty PostHugger™ ROLL AROUND shop/garage table with our USA made1/8\" thick steel end brackets with welded on, locking/rolling wheel! Eachwheel is rated at 300 pounds for an impressive 1,200 pounds of rolling aroundability for the set of four! The wheels are an overall height of 4-1/4\",plus the 1/8\" thickness of the steel bracket we weld on.
These wheels will notshear off like other castors when you roll around your heavy cart or hit arock. Nope! They are 1/8” thick steel frames with welded-on lockingcastors! Our design means you do not bolt into the bottom of the post atall. Instead, you bolt through our bracket into the side of the post, forbetter strength!
We use all lockingcastors so it is easy to find two to step on and lock. Because they arestep-lock, when you need to unlock, just lift lever with top of shoe. A loteasier than the kind with a mid-wheel pivot lock where you have to use yourhand.
The wheel is 3\" and is mounted to a caster/ball bearing assembly having an overall height of 4-1/4”. We weld that assembly onto our bracket, which raises the height of the post by the 1/8\" thickness of the steel bracket, for a total distance from the ground to the bottom of the post of 4-3/8\".

Made for 4x4 Posts,there are two 1/2\" holes on each of the top ears for fastening to your 4x4 legs. (The holes for the tables legs are offset so that if you want to thrubolt, you don\'t have to worry about hitting any of the other installed bolts!)Our brackets can be installed using any 1/2\" wood lag screws or 1/2\"thru bolts.WOOD POSTS AND BOLTS/LAG SCREWS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH OUR BRACKETS; lifestyle photos depict build/use variations only. You can pick up the bolts and any washers needed at your local Home Depot/Menard\'s/Lowe\'s/Ace Hardware store.Brackets and castor bases ship as raw, unpainted steel.

Note re Caster/Wheel Assembly: We do not make the caster/wheel assembly ourselves and we have not found a reliable U.S. source for quality casters. So, although the caster is not USA-made, our 1/8\" thick steel caster bracket is made by us and we weld the caster/wheel assembly to our USA-made bracket in our Cartersville, Georgia, USA facility.
