Listed is a 1970s Piaget 18K Solid Yellow Gold Watch Case & Buckle, Ref 74121 in very mint condition. This comes with the buckle, crown and the case. Case measures 28mm by 33mm and 5.3mm thick sans crown. The crown is on the case back, and has a piece of tape over it to hold it down. The buckle measures 18mm in width. This is super good condition, feel free to ask questions.
