This German-made fleem is an antique bloodletting instrument, and was purchased as part of an estate. An interesting curio from a bygone medical Era. It measures 5 3/4" long. The handle appears to be a woodgrain. There is a small knick in the blade that is approx 1/16th". It is identified as "Schulder Brojmeres" in the engraving in the metal.
