Paul Grimm Desert Painting California Impressionist San Jacinto 1960 16x12\" For Sale

Original Paul Grimm oil painting. Signed, dated on reverse 1960. \"San Jacinto & Desert Flowers\". Painting is in great condition. Originally purchased in November 2001, when purchased it had a slight scuff, painting was sent in for conservation to South Coast Fine Arts Conservation. See Condition report, scuff was repaired and painting was cleaned and varnished professionally. I see no evidence on the painting where the scuff was 20 years later. Amazing how affordable conservation was 25 years ago.
Painting measures 12x16\" without frame, 17.5x21.5\" with frame, frame is also in great shape. My pics are not great, I tried shooting it at different angles but this is the best I could come up with. I priced shipping at 95.00 which will include insurance. Not sure what is going to cost but if its less than that I will refund the total difference. If its more ill cover it.
