***CONDITION: You are getting the EXACT item pictured. The PHOTO is in NR-MINT to MINT condition. It has been in a frame or top loader since the signing AND could have very minor frame wear on the edges of the photo but most likely has none. The signature AND inscription are in mint condition: please look at the photos.
