This pattern makers shear has a 6 inch cut capacity and is fully functional as far as I know! I am selling as is because I really don't know much about it. It does have the blades with it, the handle, and I have lubricated the mechanism which operates very smoothly. These little shears were used to make parts for bombers in WW2! Happy cutting!
