The book is in good condition, especially considering its age. The cover has some minor wear due to basic use, age, or shelf wear. The book is not 100 % square. This is pretty mild, but I did want to mention it. There are a few openings in the very center of the book that have some mild separation (see pics.). There is one spot with some notable separation (see close up pic.). This too is mild, but I wanted to mention it. See all pictures for more details on condition.
I flipped through the book, I saw no underlining, highlighting, or marginal notations.
